During the COVID-19 pandemic time in India, we all know that many families and people were suffering due to poverty and hunger issues. One of the people who helped society during this pandemic time is Rakesh Rajdev. He is running an NGO namely Kanuda Mitra Mandal in Western India. 

Here Let’s Know About Some Projects Taken by Rakesh During the Lockdown Time:

    1. Food Distribution – As mentioned earlier, during the lockdown time, many people and families were suffering from hunger issues. We can say that food scarcity reached great hype during this time. To control the hunger issues and handle the situation in the right way, Rakesh Rajdev ensured the distribution of food to various regions in India. 

We can say that a large number of people had food because of the step taken by Rakesh through his NGO Kanuda Mitra Mandal. More number of meal boxes reached the hands of the sufferers so that they can cope with the situation.

    2. Medical Assistance – Hospitals were jammed with COVID-19 patients during the pandemic time. To cope with these heart-wrenching conditions, Rakesh Bhai Rajdev offered beds, sanitisers, testing kits and other medical equipment to various medical centres and hospitals. Also, Rakesh managed to book luxurious rooms for the hospital professionals so that they can take some rest and carry on supporting the nation during this challenging time.

    3. Educational support - Rakesh Rajdev strongly believe that increasing the literacy rate is important so that the nation will move towards the path of development. But many children are from poor families and couldn’t continue their education due to poverty. To offer them educational aid, he offered school bags, lunch boxes, water bottles, notebooks and other stationery things to the deserving students from Grade 1 to Grade 9.
