Though his business was successful he felt sorrow for the people who sleep on an empty stomach. He thought that they need to fill their daily necessities too. Hence, he decided to become a supportive hand for the families and persons who are unable to meet their expenses. 

With this great motto, Rakesh Rajdev opened the NGO namely Kanuda Mitra Mandal in November 2011. This NGO is a government-registered NGO and is proven to be the most dynamic and working NGO for social uplifting without any cause.

Their valuable work where mainly during the global pandemic season. He helped several families and individuals during that season. During the coronavirus spread, food scarcity reached its great hype. To control this situation and meet the hunger issues of many families, he ensures to send food packages and grocery packages to many people in their hometowns through trains. He also ensured to send the sanitizing materials along with these so that the people can protect themselves from the spreading coronavirus.

During that time, sending things to various places was not easy. But Rakesh Rajdev ensured to send the food and grocery packages safely without the fear of spreading the coronavirus during this transportation. All the necessary safety measures were taken so that the packages will reach the hands of the families safely. Also, he supported the medical centres and hospitals by offering them beds, testing kits and other necessary medical equipment to cope with the situation.
